The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. By submitting an order, you make a binding offer. Acceptance is made by sending the order confirmation by email.
All prices are final prices including statutory VAT. Any additional shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process. The following payment methods are accepted:
Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer. The stated delivery times are non-binding. Shipping costs and delivery times can be found under Shipping.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you have taken possession of the goods.
Statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects, you are entitled to supplementary performance. If this fails, you can withdraw from the contract or reduce the purchase price.
JBuckle International Ltd. is liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.
